The Los Angeles County Museum of Art presents “Flipping Stereotypes on Their Stilettos with Native Voices,” a roving performance on the museum’s campus on Sunday, Aug. 28, from 5-6:30 p.m. Native Voices at the Autry is the only equity theater company in the country dedicated to developing and producing new plays by Native artists. Drawing upon humor, storytelling and Indigenous experience, Native Voices deconstructs the legacy of historical whitewashing that has been woven into the nation’s history. Following the performance, a Q&A session will be held with cast members Tom Allard, Jennifer Bobiwash, Enrico Nassi and Katie Rich, moderated by DeLanna Studi, artistic director of Native Voices at the Autry. RSVP is required. 5905 Wilshire Blvd. lacma.org.
